Email Revenue Sprint — ThisIsCopy
Email Revenue Sprint · 2 spots open this week

Find the email sequences leaking revenue from your B2B SaaS. Build the highest-value one in 5 days.

I map every email flow your SaaS should be running, surface where revenue is sitting uncollected, and build the highest-priority sequence from scratch on real customer language. One closed deal pays for the whole engagement.

Book the Sprint
2 Sprints per week · 48 hour start · Booking past Friday means a June kickoff
5 days
From kickoff to a working sequence in your ESP. Most agencies quote 4 to 6 weeks.
One deal
If the Sprint helps close one extra enterprise deal, it's paid for itself many times over.
Refund if I miss
If the architecture map doesn't surface 4+ revenue gaps you didn't know about, you don't pay.
Recent results from the Sprint methodology

+23% MoM revenue (RXMG) · +33% landing page lift (Bristle Health) · 56% cold open rate (Karis Health) · +18% demo requests (SmartCue)

Is this you?

A few things that should ring true.

If most of these sound like your business, you're in the right room. If they don't, no hard feelings. We're just not your people.

Your company is likely

Series A through Series C B2B SaaS / vertical SaaS $5M to $30M ARR PLG, sales led, or hybrid Fintech, dev tools, HR tech Cybersecurity, martech, healthcare

Not a fit for B2C ecommerce, pre-revenue, or pre-Series A.

$

Pipeline is leaking

Trial to paid is sliding the wrong direction. Your CFO is asking about CAC. Your board is asking about pipeline. Email is the cheapest channel you have and you're running 3 sequences when it should be 10.

Email is underbuilt

The flows you have were written when you had a tenth of the users. The product evolved. The emails didn't. New signups land in a sequence built for a different company.

Recently funded or pivoted

The Series A press release describes one company. The homepage describes another. The cold outbound describes a third. Your founder says one thing on podcasts and the emails say something else.

📉

Email is the lever you haven't pulled

You hired the AE. You bought the ad spend. You shipped the product update. The board is asking what's next on growth and email is the last big lift sitting on the table.

What we map

The 10 sequences every B2B SaaS should run.

Here's the architecture map most clients see for the first time during their Sprint. Strikethroughs are what most have. The labeled gaps are what they don't.

In one Sprint, we map every gap, prioritize by revenue impact, and build the highest-priority sequence from scratch.

  1. Welcome / onboarding (basic) Underbuilt
  2. Trial to paid / free to premium Missing
  3. Demo request → demo booked → post-demo Half-built
  4. Newsletter / nurture broadcast Wrong format
  5. Lifecycle (retention, expansion, adoption) Missing
  6. Win-back / re-engagement (churned users) Missing
  7. Cold outbound (real customer language) Underbuilt
  8. Post-purchase / expansion / upsell Missing
  9. Churn prevention (usage-drop triggers) Missing
  10. Internal PQL alerts to sales Missing

How it works

5 days from kickoff to a working sequence.

Your job is 30 minutes on Day 0. That's it. I do the rest.

Day 0

Kickoff Call (30 min)

We walk through your current email program, your goals, and the metrics you care about. By the end of the call, you've picked which sequence I'll build and which gaps I'll prioritize in the architecture map.

You'll share read-only ESP access, G2/Capterra reviews, and any sales call recordings I can mine for VoC. Anything you can't share, I work around.

Your time: 30 minutes
Days 1-2

Architecture Map + VoC Mining

I map every email flow your SaaS should be running at your stage against what you actually have. I scrape your G2 and Capterra reviews, LinkedIn mentions, and support patterns to surface the real language your customers use.

Your time: 0 minutes
Days 3-4

Sequence Build

I build the full sequence from scratch — 5 to 12 emails depending on the flow. Subject lines, body copy, send triggers, and segmentation logic. Ready to paste into your ESP. Not a recommendation. The actual emails.

Your time: 0 minutes
Day 5

Loom Walkthrough + Handoff

15-minute Loom where I walk through the architecture map, the missing-revenue analysis, and the sequence I built. You can share it with your CEO, your team, your CFO. Most clients do.

Your time: 15 minutes (watching the Loom)

45 minutes of your time. 5 days of mine.

Most consulting engagements eat 10 to 20 hours of executive time. The Sprint runs in the background of your week. By Friday you have a working sequence and a roadmap your CFO will sign off on.

Three guarantees

If I miss, you don't pay.

$10K. 5 days. Three guarantees on the table — one on scope, one on speed, one on outcome.

1
The Architecture Guarantee

After the kickoff call, if I can't show you 4+ sequences worth building that you're not running, I refund the Sprint and walk away.

No paperwork. No friction. Every Sprint to date has surfaced 4 to 7 missing sequences. If yours is the exception, you don't pay.

2
The Speed Guarantee

If the sequence isn't delivered to your inbox by 5pm Friday of the Sprint week, the Sprint is free.

5 days means 5 days. I block the delivery window the moment you book and treat the deadline like a promise to my own paycheck. Because it is.

3
The Performance Guarantee

If the built sequence doesn't outperform your previous version on the metric we agree at kickoff within 60 days of launch, I rebuild it once at no additional charge.

You pick the metric — open rate, click-through, reply rate, trial-to-paid, whatever you measure on. If no prior version exists, we benchmark against industry baseline for the sequence type. I have skin in the game on the part that actually matters.

Investment

One Sprint. One price. One decision.

Productized at $10K so the 5-day turnaround is real, not a sales pitch. Need more than one sequence? We'll scope it on the kickoff call.

i

Need more than one sequence built?

Most clients see the architecture map and want 2 to 4 sequences built. Multi-sequence engagements get scoped on the kickoff call — typically $15K for two, $25K for four with 30-day support. The Sprint stands on its own; the upsells are optional.

The math

One sequence pays for itself many times over.

Most clients see the architecture map and immediately understand the upside. The Sprint isn't an expense. It's a fast path to revenue you've already earned but aren't collecting.

If this closes one extra enterprise deal, it's paid for itself.

Trial to paid lift

A rebuilt trial to paid sequence on real customer language. Rule of thumb: one extra paid conversion per cohort pays back the Sprint, and the lift compounds for as long as the sequence runs.

Win-back revenue

Win-back sequences reactivate churned users at zero CAC. Even modest reactivation on a high-ACV SaaS pays back the Sprint multiple times over.

Cold outbound replies

Replies you weren't getting start showing up in week one when copy is grounded in customer language, not feature lists.

About Ben

Why me, why this, why now.

Eight years writing B2B SaaS email and copy. Healthcare tech is the deepest proof vault — 150 documented before and afters, 7 case studies, 6 published articles. The methodology works across fintech, HR tech, dev tools, cybersecurity, and martech.

Most copywriters write emails. I rebuild email architectures. The difference shows up in the numbers — 33% lifts, 56% open rates, $0-ad-spend demo pipelines. The work is built on positioning research and voice of customer mining, not Klaviyo templates.

The Sprint is productized for one reason: I can guarantee a five-day turnaround because I've run this exact engagement enough times to know exactly what fits inside a week. No scope creep. No 6-week timelines. By Friday you have a working sequence and a roadmap.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What email platform do you work with?

All of them. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Instantly, Marketo. The deliverable is platform-agnostic copy plus segmentation logic. Your team or ESP partner handles the technical implementation.

What if I need more than one sequence built?

The Sprint includes one. If the architecture map shows you need 2 to 4 sequences (most clients do), I'll scope a multi-sequence engagement on the kickoff call. Typical pricing: $15K for two sequences, $25K for four sequences plus 30-day post-launch support. Same VoC research, same 5-day cycle per sequence.

Do you do the technical implementation?

I deliver the copy, subject lines, send triggers, and segmentation logic. Your team or ESP partner handles the build inside the email tool. The Loom walkthrough covers everything they need to set it up correctly.

How fast can we start?

48 hours from our call. I block delivery time as soon as you book. Sprint takes 5 days for Tier 1, 7 days for Tier 2, 14 days for Tier 3.

How does the Architecture Guarantee work?

If the architecture map doesn't surface at least 4 sequences you're not running that should be making you money, I'll refund the Sprint in full. No paperwork, no friction. Every Sprint to date has surfaced 4 to 7 missing sequences. If I miss, you don't pay.

Why only 2 Sprints per week?

Because the deliverable quality matters more than the volume. Each Sprint requires deep VoC mining, architecture mapping, and writing 5 to 12 emails on real customer language. Two per week is the cap I can hold without dropping quality. Booking past this week's slots means a June kickoff.

What verticals have you worked across?

B2B SaaS broadly — fintech, dev tools (Opsera, SmartCue), HR tech, cybersecurity, martech, edtech (Parallel Learning), vertical SaaS, and healthcare tech. The architecture map is universal. The VoC research adapts to your vertical's actual buyer language.

What happens after the Sprint?

You have a working sequence in production and a 90-day roadmap for the next 5 to 6 sequences. Some clients run the roadmap themselves. Others hire me for the Email Revenue Launch to rebuild the whole program. No pressure either way — the Sprint stands on its own.

2 Sprints per week.

If your emails were written more than 6 months ago, they're probably costing you more than this Sprint does. $10K, 5 days, three guarantees on the table. I start within 48 hours of booking.
