The Solo Operator Sprint · Beta · 10 spots

3 weeks. 3 sessions. One outcome.

You've been buying courses for two years. Your business hasn't moved. AI is eating the bottom of the market. Three weeks of working with someone who's actually doing this. You walk out with an offer that sells, a pipeline plan that runs, a sales process that closes, and an AI workflow that makes you faster instead of obsolete.

3 weeks
From kickoff to a 90-day execution plan you can run.
3 sessions
Diagnostic, Build, Roadmap. Compression forces decisions.
One outcome
Stop guessing. Charge more. Use AI without feeling like a hack.
The promise

In 3 weeks, you walk out with these five things.

Not vague principles. Not aspirational frameworks. Five concrete assets you can use Monday morning.

01

A sharper, sellable offer

Positioning and pricing locked in. The exact thing you're selling, who you're selling it to, and what it costs. Written down, not in your head.

02

An AI workflow that doesn't make you a fraud

Specific prompts. Specific tools. A defensible position on what AI can and can't replace in your service. You leave knowing where AI fits and where it ends.

03

A 90-day pipeline plan you can execute

Not a strategy doc. An execution plan. Outreach scripts, content cadence, conversion path. Built around your offer, your audience, your time.

04

A sales process that closes

Discovery call structure, objection handling, proposal frame, follow-up cadence, pricing conversation. The exact moves I run on $10K–$65K deals. You leave with a sales motion, not "vibes."

05

A LinkedIn engine that books calls

Profile rebuild, content cadence (50/30/20 mix), and the exact DM scripts that turn followers into discovery calls. Cold opener, warm follow-up, post-engagement reply, re-engagement of ghosts. Copy-paste ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★
"AI killed the $97 course economy. The value of self-serve education has collapsed. $1,497 is what serious people pay for serious access to someone who's done the work."

Why this exists, in one sentence.

What's included

The full stack. Sessions, support, and the Vault.

Three live working sessions are the spine. The async support, written summaries, copy review, and resource Vault are what make it actually stick.

The three sessions

Session 1 · 90 min

The Diagnostic

I tear apart your current positioning, offers, pricing, and pipeline. We identify the actual constraint in your business. Usually not what you think it is.

You leave with a written plan tied to one measurable outcome.

Session 2 · Week 2 · 60 min

The Build

You've done the homework. We sit down together and refine your positioning, offer structure, pricing, AI workflow, and sales process. Discovery call structure, objection handling, proposal frame. Real-time edits. Real-time decisions.

Session 3 · Week 3 · 60 min

The Roadmap

We finalize your offer page, your LinkedIn profile and content cadence, your DM scripts, your AI prompts, and your 90-day execution plan. You walk out with the messages to send, the cadence to send them on, and the sales motion that turns replies into closed deals.

All sessions on Zoom. All recorded. You keep the recordings.

Plus everything else. The value stack.

Pre-work diagnostic

Structured intake form before Session 1. I read it. I come prepared. We don't waste 20 minutes of Session 1 catching me up.

$300 value

Three written session summaries

Within 24 hours of each session, a 1-page written summary. Written by me, not AI. This is what you'll re-read in 6 months when you're stuck.

$600 value

21 days of async support

Slack or Voxer access for the full 3 weeks. Follow-up questions, gut checks, last-minute decisions, panic moments. Defined window. Not unlimited.

$900 value

One async copy review

Between Sessions 2 and 3, send me one piece of copy (sales page, email sequence, LinkedIn post, pitch deck) and I'll send back a written critique within 48 hours.

$500 value

The Solo Operator Vault

Access for the full 3 weeks to my private resource library. Positioning templates, AI prompts I use in client work, outreach scripts, proposal templates, pricing models, voice of customer interview guides. Stuff I've built running my own practice. You keep what's useful.

$1,500 value
Total value $5,300
Beta price (first 10 buyers) $1,497

After 10 buyers: $1,800. The price goes up. The Vault stays the same.

What you'll bring

You walk in with one of these problems.

If you have a different problem, that's fine. If you have no problem and just want to chat, this isn't for you.

  • "I'm stuck at $5K projects and can't crack $10-15K."
  • "My positioning is generic. I sound like every other copywriter."
  • "I have 20K LinkedIn followers and zero clients."
  • "I'm using AI in my client work and I feel like a fraud."
  • "I want to leave my job and go solo but I don't know how to price or position."
  • "My outbound isn't landing. I don't know if it's the message or the audience."
  • "I keep losing on proposals. Something's off in how I sell."
  • "I want to productize my service but I don't know what to package."
Honesty check

What this is not.

Not a course. There's no curriculum.
Not a community. There's no Slack of strangers.
Not coaching. We're not exploring your feelings about your business.
Not therapy.
Not a sales call disguised as something else.
Three working sessions with a real practitioner who'll tell you what's broken and how to fix it.
Fit check

Who this is for. Who it isn't.

You should be making at least $50K/year from your service business already. This isn't where you start. This is where you level up.

This is for you if

  • You're a copywriter charging $5K+ per project who wants to charge $15K+
  • You're a freelance marketer, designer, or developer running a solo service business
  • You're a marketing professional about to leave a corporate job to go solo
  • You're a solo consultant who feels like you've hit a revenue ceiling
  • You're running a service business and worried about AI replacing you

Not for you if

  • You haven't started yet. (Get a job first. Build a portfolio. Then come back.)
  • You want a "done for you" service. (I'm teaching you to do this yourself.)
  • You want to chat for an hour with no specific problem. (This is a working sprint, not a discovery call.)
  • You're a B2B SaaS founder. (Different offer. See the Email Revenue Sprint.)

Why $1,497 (and not $97 or $5,000)

Three reasons.

$97

AI killed the $97 course economy. The value of self-serve education has collapsed. You don't need another course. You need someone running the business you're trying to build.

$5K

$5K is consultant pricing for done-for-you work. This isn't that. I'm teaching you to do this yourself, with three sessions and async support.

$1,497

The price point where you self-select. If $1,497 stretches you, you're not the buyer yet. If $1,497 is what you bill in a single day, you're in the room.

The guarantee

If Session 1 isn't going to work, you don't pay.

Full refund within 48 hours of Session 1.

If after Session 1 you genuinely believe this isn't going to work for you, I refund your money in full and keep the recording for my own records. No hard feelings. No awkward conversation. Decide within 48 hours of Session 1. After that, the engagement is non-refundable.

How to book

Three steps. No friction.

Direct Stripe checkout. No intake form, no gatekeeping, no "let's hop on a call to see if we're a fit" before you can buy. You pick your start date after payment. Sessions run on the same day of the week for three consecutive weeks.

1

Click "Book the Sprint" → pay via Stripe.Direct checkout. Receipt emailed instantly. No phone tag, no intake form gate. $1,497 paid in full upfront.

2

Get your kickoff packet.Within 1 hour of payment, you'll get the calendar link to schedule Session 1, the pre-work diagnostic, and your Slack/Voxer access for the 21-day async window.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How is this different from a free intro call?

Different intent. A free intro call is me deciding whether to take you on as a client for a bigger engagement. This is the engagement. We're solving your problem, not exploring whether to work together.

Can we do more than three sessions?

Most people get what they need in three. If you want ongoing support after, we can talk about a follow-up engagement at standard rates.

What if I don't have a specific problem yet?

Then this isn't the right offer for you. Come back when you do.

Why three sessions and not five or ten?

Because compression forces decisions. Five sessions becomes therapy. Ten sessions becomes coaching. Three sessions forces you to ship.

Do you work with non-copywriters?

Yes. Anyone running a solo service business fits. Designers, developers, consultants, marketers, fractional execs.

Will I have homework?

Yes. Real homework, not busywork. About 3 to 5 hours per week between sessions. If you don't do the work, the sessions don't work.

What if I miss a session?

We reschedule once. After the second miss, the engagement ends and the remaining sessions don't carry over.

Can I expense this?

Most freelancers and consultants expense it as professional development. Talk to your accountant.

What about AI? Will you teach me to use AI in my work?

Yes. This is one of the three core outcomes. You'll leave with specific prompts, workflows, and a defensible position on what AI can and can't replace in your service. Most copywriter educators are awkward about AI. I'm not.

Why should I trust you to teach me this?

Because I've done it. I run thisiscopy.com as a solo positioning consultant for B2B SaaS. I built the practice from zero. I have ~20K LinkedIn followers and 1,000+ Substack subscribers. I sell $10K Sprints, $6,500 VIP Days, and 1:1 consulting. I've trained at Joanna Wiebe / Copyhackers. The frameworks I teach are the ones I actually run my business on.
