Every session is 60 minutes. 30 minutes of teaching. 30 minutes of hot seats on your actual business. AI is embedded in every single week.

Week 1
Position

Position your practice. Who are you, who do you serve, what's your edge. Why generalists starve. Picking your ICP, the clients who actually need you and will pay.

AI: Competitive analysis, market scanning, ICP identification in minutes instead of weeks.

Week 2
Message

Messaging that wins the client before the call. Your homepage, your LinkedIn profile, your cold outreach. The words that make someone say "I need to talk to this person."

AI: Draft and pressure-test your bio, headline, about section, website copy.

Week 3
Craft

What separates a $500 project from a $25K engagement. Voice-of-customer research. Writing copy grounded in evidence, not vibes. The actual process for diagnosing a client's messaging.

Week 4
Prospect

Sell

The sales conversation. Discovery calls: what to ask, what to listen for, how to diagnose the problem live. When to quote, when to walk away. The difference between selling and consulting.

AI: Pre-call company audit, competitive scan, going into the call knowing more than they expect.

Week 6
Price

Pricing and scoping. Productized vs. custom: the real tradeoffs, not the Twitter takes. Value-based pricing in practice. Scoping the work, quoting one number, writing the SOW. When to say $7,500 vs. $25,000.

AI: Auditing a prospect's current assets, building the case for the price, generating SOW drafts.

Week 7
Deliver

Deliver without drowning. How to run a $25K engagement solo. Client management, timelines, feedback loops. The system that lets you take on 2-3 clients at once. When to subcontract, when to say no.

AI: Accelerating research, first drafts, revisions. The parts of client work AI handles and the parts it can't.

Week 8
Build

The practice machine. Business strategy for solos. What to systematize, what stays manual. Revenue math. Productized vs. custom revisited with 7 weeks of context. Growth without hiring. You present your practice plan. The room pressure-tests it.

Format: Full hot seat session. No teaching. Your plan, the room's feedback.

What if I'm not a copywriter?

The Practice is for anyone running a solo consulting practice: copywriters, brand strategists, designers, marketing consultants, developers who do client work. The business principles are the same. If you do client work solo and want to do it at a higher level, this is for you.

How are the hot seats structured?

You bring something real: a proposal, a discovery call recording, your outreach messages, your pricing. I give you direct feedback. The room adds perspective. You leave with a better version of the thing you brought. Hot seats rotate each session.

I'm already making six figures. Is this too basic?

If you're already at $100K+ and your pipeline, pricing, and positioning are dialed, you probably don't need this. But if you're at six figures and still feel like you're winging it on the business side, the hot seats alone are worth it. Most of what I teach, I figured out between $100K and $200K.

What day and time are the sessions?

TBD for Cohort 1. I'll survey accepted applicants and pick the time that works for the most people. Likely a weekday at 12pm or 1pm ET. Every session is recorded if you miss one.

Why is the beta only $497?

Because this is the first cohort and I want honest feedback on the curriculum. You're getting 8 weeks of live time with someone whose consulting rate runs well north of $497. I get real data on what works and what to change. This price won't last.

What happens after the 8 weeks?
